The Electronics Division, through GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn. Bhd., is a leading Malaysian manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with over 35 years of industry experience. Strategically located in Penang, the Division specialises in the manufacture of high-quality multi-layer and High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs, serving the automotive, consumer electronics, telecommunications, medical and industrial sectors across domestic and international markets.

The Properties Division develops integrated residential, commercial and industrial projects across strategic locations in Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Penang, creating well-planned developments that enhance communities and meet evolving market needs.

The Utilities Division provides integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions, with expertise spanning engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC). The Division also undertakes road construction and infrastructure works, supporting sustainable development through reliable engineering solutions.

The Group is always open to opportunities which will expand the Group’s portfolio, and increase its revenue and brand recognition.

The Electronic Division is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and is positioned strategically in the electronics manufacturing hub of Penang, Malaysia. It manufactures high-quality PCBs from single- and double-sided boards to complex multi-layer and High Density Interconnect (HDI) designs for the local and international markets.

The Properties Division is actively involved in its flagship development of Taman Bukit Kepayang, a well-mixed township in Seremban, as well as Sungai Bakap, Simpang Ampat and Sungai Petani. Most of the Division’s lands are strategically located with well-planned integrated developments comprising medium to high end landed residential units, condominiums, commercial units and apartment-style workers’ dormitories.

The Utilities Division through its wholly-owned subsidiary is actively involved in water and sewage treatment solutions with its principal activities in the engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. Besides water and sewerage related projects, the Division has expanded its portfolio into road construction in 2019.
